  • Student is required to fill the online form, download it and get it printed.
  • Student will pay the enrolment fee download fee voucher from Student Portal
  • Incomplete form will not be accepted in any case.
  • No form will be accepted other than the online form.
  • Enrolment department will scrutinize the enrolment form according to the admission list
