RESOURCES
The library has acquired and developed variety of resources to support the teaching and research programs offered at FUUAST. They are well organized and easy accessible. The detail is as under:
Books
A large number of high quality selected text and reference books are available in the library in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Management Sciences, Earth Science, Biological Sciences, and Social Sciences. Books are organized according to Dewey Decimal Classification Scheme and shelved subject wise accessing to Call Number (000-999) pasted on the spine of each item.
Magazine/ Periodicals
The library has been subscribing/receiving different journals & magazines in print format. The current issues are displayed on special shelves in the sections. Back volumes of the same are bound and shelved separately.
Theses
The library holds large no. of L.L.M, M.Phil, PhD theses of FUUAST students. These are an important source for research in different fields. All theses are classified and cataloged. Theses can be consulted within the Main Library, they cannot be borrowed.

Newspapers
Library receives 17 national newspapers in English, Urdu, Sindhi languages. Library maintains Two years previous record of the newspapers for reference and research purpose.
Donated Personal Collection
The library takes pride in the personal collection of Aftab Ahmed Khan, Prof. Jamil Uddin Aali, Aftab Zubari, Syed Wajahat Rasool Qadri, Prof. Rafi Aalam, Prof. Ishfaq Ahmed. The use of these collections is restricted only in the library premises.
Material on CDs
Library has approximate 1354 CDs in which digital books, software and other study aid material are available. Students / faculty can get its soft copy. Students can also use this material within the library. Click here for list
E.books
Library has a large no of E-Books in PDF format. These e-books can be searched and downloaded through Calibre e-books management software. Beside these books students can access thousands of books through e-brary.
